Gas in my Cummins what to do ?
I filled my 2001 dodge cummings with unleded gas.
It will not run . What should I do? |

I've done a few of these at the dealership before when women would put gas in the diesel trucks. Drop the tank and drain it. Install the tank and fill it with clean diesel and change the filters then drive on. It's not a big deal.

Don't forget to bleed the gas out of it at the farthest points, including injectors.

Just what these guys said to do.
I remember once, its been awhile back.....but a buddy of ours here who owns a trucking company just like we do here had 5000 gallons of gas dumped into his fuel tank at his garage, apparantly the idiot driving the tanker forgot what tank he had diesel in, i dunno. To make a long story short he had 6 Caterpillar motors full of of 87 octane. |
