Default Heat Problems

Okay so my mother in law has a 2001 Durango. It is a 4.7. Just recently she can't get floor heat. All the other settings work, but when you switch it to floor ,ode you get nothing. You can hear the fan running but there is no air flow. If you set it to come out in one of the combo modes it will come out everywhere but the floor. Any ideas what to check for? Thanks.

If I call to set up an appoinment to get it done do I just ask if there is a tsb, or do I just say I need the tsb taken care of? Where can I go on line to find tsb's? Thanks for the info.
