Neighbour's 94 Intrepid won't start...
It's a 3.3L auto. It was working in the morning, but in the evening it wouldn't start. We had a snow storm during the day and the car was parked outside. The battery holds a charge and the accessories work, except for the
radio(?) which worked before. The fuses are good and so are the relays. When you put the key in start position, nothing happens and you hear nothing. Not even the sound of the relay going click, click, click... Very strange. Any ideas? |

Are you sure it's in Park?

I hadn't thought of that. I went over and played with the shifter, but no luck. Any other ideas?

Check the cables leading to the starter. Give them a slight tug while someone turns the key. Check your ground strap connections in the same way.
The dampness from the weather change can affect a connection that is poor to start with. |

But even if there's no power to the starter, shouldn't the relay go click, click, click?
