Default 04 chry town and country radio fuse location

i have a 2004 chrysler town and country van 3.3 liter engine . was using a airpump to blow up flat tire. pump quit no power from cigarrette outlet and radio went out . checked the pdc for any blown fuses , found none blown i dont even see anything labeled for the radio are outlet. googled and found several people with same problem saying there is a resetable fuse hidin somewhere that the dealership has to reset. they must be talking about a circuit breaker so if anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
