Do you still have the parts? Would the 4 pistons and rods Standard size fit a 1988 Dodge Daytona turbo car.

The pistons would fit in the engine but the tops are differant. They came out of an engine with four valves per cylinder. I may have a set of two valve turbo pistons. Do you have a 2.2L or a 2.5L? Dan

Well for the 88 Daytona I think not, but I also have a 1989 Dodge Daytona 2.2 Turbo 2 5 speed that I may need them for. if they would fit. But that car is on the back burner as of now. I got to get the 88 Daytona fixed way first. Does the new pistons come with rings also. How much are you asking? Are they stock?

As in post # 5 "new" pistons . I guess never used would mean new. As far as rings all I have are molly rings. The turbo engines use stainless rings in the top groove. I will look in the shop for some stainless rings. Dan

Everything is going to the foundry. Intakes,heads,pistons,etc.

Also did you find the stainless rings for the 1988 daytona Turbo 1 car?


Also, What about the rods? Will they fit a Turbo 2 intercooled 1989 model car?
