Why the engine is overheating and what to do about the blockage in water jackets (main block)??
Model 1986 Cherokee Chief, Toledo, AMC 360, 559 cc.

Overheating is usually not caused by water jacket problems. Why have you suggested that the problem is in the water jacket? The most common source of overheating is a bad thermostat. Next, slipping fan belt. Bad fan clutch. No shroud. Next is leakage, as in radiator, hoses, gaskets. Then a plugged radiator. Then head gasket(s). Timing might be advanced or retarded.
