Default 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee not shifting

2006 grand cherokee not shifting . Nag1 transmission all wheel drive. Original code was p0748 pressure control solenoid 1 circuit. Valve body has been completely rebuilt new conductor plate and solenoids. Vehicle would not shift at all before work was done but now it will only on occasion. You can switch vehicle off then crank and pull dow to drive and when you bump it down to manual shift if unit shows in cluster that you can drop down to lower gears then the vehicle will shift and shifts great with no issues until you stop . Then it might shift out again but mostly goes back to not shifting, also no codes are coming back even when the vehicle is not shifting . Oh and one more thing we also installed another trans control module and that did not help either. I was wondering if the shifter module could be causing this but have not ever know a shifter module to cause this type of problem. Any information on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
