I have been trying with the help of several mechanical "experts" to convert a 1993 Jeep Wrangler 2.5 liter to a 4.0 liter all summer. They tell me that the computer, brackets etc. are too hard to find. Should I give up and get rid of the vehicle or keep trying to find the parts? Where can parts be found or maybe a conversion kit?

It probably wouldn't be easy, but not like they're making it out to be. You'd be best off finding a wrecked YJ (preferably one thats too "expensive" to fix) of about the same vintage and doing a parts swap. I am kinda curious on one thing, how many suggested swapping in a small block shivie instead?
