Very few Mopars in the top NASCAR divisions, but great success!
So far this season, between Kurt Busch and Brad Keselowski (the two main Dodge/Penske teams), the Charger has won four out of 24 races, or 17% of the Sprint Cup races entered. That's amazing, because there are at least 40 other Cup teams out there running Fords, Chevys, and Toyotas. Only 2 Dodges, 5% of the field, winning 17% of the races! Anyone who is a Mopar fan should be very happy! Now looking at the Nationwide Series, the Challenger has won 3 out of 25 races with Busch and Keselowski doing the Dodge driving in that series too. There are quite a few guys running the Challenger in the Nationwide series this year. Hopefully with more cash available from Fiat (we hope!) we can expect to see more Dodges in NASCAR in the future.
