See this police chase video! (MPEG)
Do this:
1. Go to www.streetracing.com 2. Go through the intro and 'agree' screens to the main page with the yellow diamond logo at the top. That logo would make a great bumper sticker. 3. In the row of numbers, click on the 81-90 one. 4. The second paragraph down is titled "Cops? Whatever!" Click on SECONDARY SERVER. This is a 107 MB .mpeg video file that runs 10:46 when fully downloaded. The screen (Windows Media Player) will say 10:38 until it's fully loaded. It took about 10 tries to get it downloaded on my computer, because the internet connection would always get cut off sooner or later. When I switched from MSN to alltel.net, I got it on the first try! Took about 6-1/2 hours on a 56K modem. I downloaded it once at my computer school, and it was done in about 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours on their T-1 connection. 5. Have patience, and do what you have to to get it all. It's pretty cool! Maybe someone can burn it to a CD for me, since I only have a regular CD player. Just today I discovered the Full Screen option on my W.M.P., and it just about puts you in the drivers seat like that! |
