I re-read this news story again this morning, and STILL find it amazing. It's like Hugo Chavez is a modern-day Robin Hood, taking fuel oil out of the hands of the rich and giving it to the poor!
One things for sure: he certainly knows how to piss off his opponents...

Why would he want to do this? Dictators don't do things for other people just because they're big-hearted. Give it some thought, and ask yourself, "Why isn't he doing this for Canada?"
Yep. A real hero, indeed. Not that it matters, I suppose, based on the state that's receiving the "humanitarian aid".
