Question oiling modifications

I am doing a major rebuild on a 360ci small block and intend to use hydraulic roller lifters and hollow pushrods to oil the heads. Can anyone tell me if I should still do the other oiling improvements such as the oil crossover line in the lifter valley and tubing a portion of the tappet bore oil galley?

Thanks

I believe, No to oiling mods unless you are going to be running consistantly high/over 7000 rpm, and/or your lifter choice lets the lifter yoke rise above the top of the lifter bore..
