Default Timing

Hi quick auestion. I have a 71 Charger w a built 69 440.
Engine was built in 1989 got about 1500 miles put on it then pickled and put in storage till now. It has a locked out distributor so no mechanical or vac advance. My question is how can i figure out where to set my base timing? I pulled the dist to spin the oil pump before start up just want to make sure i got it back in right.
Dont have build sheet on me right now
Just know it has 850 holley big crane cam and 11.5:1 comp

Since you pulled the distributor and oil pump drive. You need to rotate the crankshaft until the #1 cylinder is on TDC of the compression stroke. Install the oil pump drive shaft so the slot is parallel to the camshaft. Then install the distributor so rotor is pointing at the #1 distributor cap tower.
