wow 360 initial & total timing MSD dis Tuning

Guy at work his dad passed away helping him tune his Dart without knowing everything about motor

What should initial and total timing be?
What bushing/ springs? for MSD dis with no vacuum

What I know
360 mild cam Victor intake 750 Holley MSD no vac dis
