U-Joint on 70' Challenger
okay, where do you measure on a u-joint to tell what size it is? Is it just the measurement of how big the cup is that the cap of the u-joint fits into is?
I don't know if I'm right or not, but I amagine it's the smaller of the 2 options that it could have, because it's got the origonal 318 in it. Thanks, Jake (SlantSix) |

If you have the drive shaft, measure between the part of the yoke where the u-joint fits. It should measure 2-1/8 or 2-5/8". If you only have the u-joint, measure to the outside edges of the snap ring grooves. If it's an original 318 then your probably right about it being the 2-1/8" size.
