Default Magnum SRT8 Hemi

How about the new Magnum SRT8 Hemi 6.1 litre and 425hp 6200 rpm. Almost makes me want to trade in the Cuda.

Yip that sure is a good sounding engine. Will it have that true V8 performance sound though? Whats the Torque spec?

Thats how my Harley speaks to me. And everytime I get off the bike, I'm hungry.
Now, anyone know how much those HEMI's tip the scale at?
And what exactly is the bore and stroke combo of the 6.1?

Hey Toad;

Sportys are fun aren't they!?!?!

The current, or first on out is simple to remember. 3.92 X 3.58. Sounds like you have heard them before huh? 318 bore (Allmost, dman close 3.91 vs. 3.92) and a 360 stroke.
Us older guys know this old stroker combo.
Allpar states a bore size increasement of 3.5 mil. Whatever that is in inchs......

I think I got it. Went to the desk top dyno and did the conversion.bore is incresed to 4.038.
typed in the 318 specs, hit the tool bar menu for the metric conversion, went from 99. something to the added 3.5 and converted back via the tool bar. CID is 366.8
