Does your local TV station do funeral home reports?
I live in central WV, so like most of my neighbors, I get WDTV Channel 5 in Clarksburg. Now most of the time I don't mind this station, the newscast in the evening is guaranteed to make one mistake of some kind during the broadcast, either drop something, show the wrong graphic, mispronounce something, etc, etc. I don't mind that, it's actually kind of endearing. What does bug me though is they do a funeral home report in the afternoon, where they play this most morbird, sort of cheery yet not, piano music while they scroll down a list of all the lucky occupants at the area funeral homes.
Now there's not much that bothers me, but this does kind of freak me out, especially because it is on every FREAKING DAY!! They didn't do it when I lived here previously, but when I came back, there it was!! Does any else have a tv station they know that does this kind of thing? |

Nah, Hatfield-McCoy feud was in the southwest corner of the state, and as much a part of Kentucky as WV.
