Default need help with upgrades

i have a 06 charger rt and need some info on cheaper(up to 3k) ways to get as much power as i can added to my car without completely slaughtering my mpgs since i have a 22 mile drive to work. im pretty newly interested in and learning the ropes about engines and whatnot so i dont have alot of knowledge on what to do. any help would be tremendously appreciated

Most of us I have a 06 SRT8 charger, just do a cold air inake, many to choose from, a diablo sport predator, a 180 degree thermostate.
