Howards Cams

I am having my 360 in my 87 ram rebuilt after an unfortunate incident with a 5/16 bolt going down the carb.My machine shop owner who just happens to be a close friend has ordered me a Howards Cam for the engine.I am not second guessing a man with over 30 years of engine building experience,I was just wondering if any of you Mopar guru's have ever used one before?

If it's the same Howard cams that I know of, your fine. Then again, you could allways change it before it's built or after.

I have never heard of them, before. I did look them up on the net and found that they've been around for about 50 years. The website does not mention any availability of MOPAR cams, only Chevy and Ford.

You will be fine with a Howards cam. They have been around forever. Look at some of the top fuel cars, I believe its Smith and Hartman's they have howards logos on their windscreens.
