2005 Dodge Neon SXT missing?

I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0 and it starts fine takes off fine revs up fine, but after you drive it for a while it cuts out like it is missing and trys to stall. I checked the plugs and did a compression check and all good. The check engine fault codes are P1697 and P2074. Need any info you may have, planning on make a long trip with car in a few days

p1697 has pretty simple diagnostics. Clear the code, if it resets replace the PCM.

P2074 Pretty much a code for vacuum leaks. Check the intake ducts from the air filter to the engine. Loose clamps, cracked boots, etc. Check vacuum lines. But could also be cam timing or PCM, but wouldn't expect it to run very good if it was cam timing.

Thanks for the reply and info. PCM? Main computer? What is PCM

PCM is "Powertrain Control Module" referring to the engine computer. Can also be called ECM or "Engine Control Module" or sometimes ECU "Engine Control Unit".
