ThermoQuad number decode??

I'm cleaning out the garage in hopes of finding some things I can Ebay to make some Christmas money. I have two pretty descent Thermoquads that will go. I'm looking at EFI for all my future projects.

One I know what it is. It is a 9800S with is a aftermarket SuperQuad.
The other is a 9103S and I can't seem to find any info on this that I think is accurate.
I found one list that said it was from a '77 440. Weird thing is there is no emissions parts on this carb at all. It is a non-emission carb like the early TQs.

Any ideas there?

If you go to the Theroquad guide at the top of the performance talk page the numbers are listed there. It shows the 9103 as a '77 400 HP
