Is that good news? As I see it, a foreign auto company will now own the majority of Chrysler. Yet again, it will become foreign owned.

It's better than the feds owning it...
 

Just wish the employees could come up with enough to buy controlling interest.

Fiat has been looking for a way back into the states for years. I am hopeful they will be more respectful of their asset than Mercedes Benz was who basically used Chrysler for free cash then stripped it down and tossed it like a yard sale item. If Fiat does the same, maybe it'll be time to look at restrictions on foreign ownership of US assets.
