Default Rear Brakes

95 1500 rear brakes when applied makes the back end hop like a tire out of round and when released will continue to hop for several feet before it smooths out again. brakes look good. only does this when stopping and starting again. any ideas on what to look for?

your rear drums are out of round. and you might have week springs.

your shocks. Could be totally gone, and unable to control axle windup.
