Confused 97 Ram 4x4 what type of diff oil to use?

97 ram 4x4. Need to top off axle oil
What type does the front take ?
What type for the rear axle ?

Don't have my manual at the moment to look it up thanks!

regular 80w90 gear oil if your just going to top it off.

I would switch to synthetic if you were changing the fluid out completely.
