burnouts and donuts

well guys my friends and i were just at the local kmart and we were havin some fun with our trucks.( burnouts and donuts)
Well after a few donuts i felt that i was doing something really bad to my ram. Im just wonderin what this does to a truck and is it really that good for it? thanx in advance

depends on how you do them dumping the clutch is hard on just about everything, powerbraking wears the brakes... etc etc.. donuts are a practice, there's a lot of lateral pressure being put on the axles and carrier crosspin...
