It's ok, but I love that engine. 500hp!

Loks like a Jag XK8. Not a bad thing. I really like it, but it does favor the Jag.

Looks great!

But I have 2 concerns -

(1)Can someone who's 6'5" (me) sit in it have headroom with the top in place?

(2)Will it be the just barely affordable $70,000 like the present Viper or will it be unaffordable at $99,999.99? (A spokesperson for Dodge said the new Viper has the best performance of any car under $100,000.)

Did I mention it was INTENSE BLUE?

Yeah, I mentioned that this on one of the other posts for the viper pics, I think it looks like the jag xk8 as well... It would look better if it was more exotic looking.

If you look at it from the top it looks strikingly similar to the Honda S2000. Even from the front. Can anyone else see it?

I like it. It's curves are a lot more subtle. Problem I had with the original Viper was that it was too curvey - I think this model looks much, much better. That, and then there's the 500 HP and 500 ft-lbs under the hood...hehe, but this is all just my opinion. I must say again that I like the change.

Hey Ryan Blaze,
I agree with you,
When I first looked at it, What came to mind was a combination of the Honda S2000 & the Mazda Miata roadster.

In my opinion, I think it is ok. The new bodywork doesn't spell FIERCE like the 1st Gen Viper does.
