Torque Converter Lock Up Kit

I was watching "Sport Truck" Last weekend and they were doing a Jake Brake install on a 2500 4x4. In order for the Jake to work properly the Torque Converter has to be locked up. Well as we all know this dosn't happen in Stock Mode. They installed this Plug in switch system that goes in line with the existing harness. The switch has 3 positions, Normal, Lock up on the way up and Full Lock Up. I am trying to find this Kit. I thought they said B&M but I wasn't able to find anything on their Web Site. If any one knows what I'm talking about could you please point me to where I might find this Kit. On another note has anybody played with hydraulic pressure in their Tranny? I wondering if there are any boost kits out their also.
