Ok, my friend is putting a new exhaust on his truck and hes having trouble choosing a muffler, he has it down to three choices, A Dynomax Bullet and split the pipes after that. A Flowmaster 40 Series Single In/Out and split the pipes after that. And A 40 series single in/dual out. Right now he has a blown out cat and straight pipes with 4 inch tips, but I agree with him when he says it sounds raggedy, it has to much sharp cackle and not enough bass. which of these muffs would deaden the cackle and add a throaty rich rumble to the exhaust?? Other muffler recommendations would help too.
Thanx in advance!
Jared
