Cruise Control
You know I have had my truck to long when I start thinking of things like this. Have you ever wondered if your cruise could be modified to set lower than 35 and higher than 85. My old chevys would set at 25 and as fast as the vehicle would go. Can this be done with our cruise? What was DC thinking.

It must be. Our older 96 minivan would go 30 at lowest. I used to set it there on the long 30 mph stretches. I had no idea it would only go to 85 on our trucks. I don't remember setting mine anywhere above 75 anyway..........lots of driving on I-90...........

I would imagine it was done for safety reasons, but then again we may never know....ramiam

So no one has modified the cruise and figured out how to make it work at high and lower speeds?
