Default hey ram indy

Can you tell me what was wrong with your #3 injector plug in? After having the M1 installed, I'm having problems with injector malfunction codes. The exact same symptoms as your truck! Did you just clean the plug ins or did you actually have to repair it. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Thanks Ram indy,

what did you use to clean the plug in? Do you think spraying electrical contact cleaner or something would work?

Thanks

i got the same on cylinders #7, and #8. Think Di-electric grease would work to clean and make a solid electrical connection?

Hey guys,

I just changed back to my stock #19 injectors and so far so good. It seemed to be running kind of rich with the FMS #24 injectors. I don't have a S/C or performance cam so the #24's might have been a little too much.

Also, since installing the M1 intake, I'm running about 10-15 degrees warmer on the temp gauge. You guys have any water temp increase since installing the M1? Any ideas why I'm running hotter?

Thanks!

i dont think i should gop back to the #19 injecter due to the cam, but hope it works out for ya. As far temps, i actually run a lot cooler, Marty installed a 180 tstat when i did my M1 a few months ago, and it has ran a lot cooler since then, with the exception of those 100+ degree days sitting in traffic for a long time, then it'll creep on up there, but still not to far
