Awesome truck!! Don't mean to sound like a right-prat but I'm not a fan of funny gas. All engine.

Welcome aboard. Do you have any photos of your ride?

There was an article in MoPar muscle magazine with an old Dodge work truck that had a ladder and tools for all to see. From memory it had a worked 340ci. You might see your truck in there mag if you asked. 11 second work horse is quite an eye catcher and also a great accomplishment.

Wow... Damn good flick! I would like to hear more about those Mods of yours.
Was one of them to pull the # 7 pin (Yellow w/Dark Green stripe) from the bottom connector on the PCM ?

You have my attention.....

So tell us Hemi777, have you raced any ford lightnings?

I understand the lack of a cat and the # 7 wire. I would like to see a picture of your clamped leaf springs. And how did you drop your rear 2 inches? The only drop shackles I could find were the Ground Force 1.5 units... is that what you are talking about.

Did you remove your passenger side front seat? I could not see the head rest in the picture.

Would your grill mod be anything like the Ram SRT-10 Air grabber/diverter to the intake pickup?

What Shocks are you using?

Sorry about so many questions, but you do have my interest.

i dont have a picture of the spring clamps but you can go to this link and and look in the forum there are some pictures there ....you will have to look for them .....http://dodgetruckworld.tenmagazines....8-n-suspension

the spring clamps help with traction and install on the front of the leaf springs you can buy them at most auto stores for $10 bucks and they will also lower your truck 1 inch

dmj makes 2inch lowering shackles thats what i have on my truck

full stock slt interior.....

stock shocks.....

grill mod.... is clear plexi glass that goes on the inside of the grill to stop air from entering into the hood and under the truck.... this is a track mod only and works well... better aerodynamics.... very easy to make and only cost $10 bucks

im into cheap mods that work.....my 03 hemi slt longbed ran 13.71 at 99mph with cheap mods i had only $100 in mods when i ran 13.71 in the 1/4 mile

other things that work are remove the the swaybar for better traction remove air filter, only run 6qt of oil when you run..... put 60 pounds of air in the front tires at the track for the track only and put a dryer vent from the front of truck to the air box for colder air.... i have a homemade true cold air intake made from 3inch pvc pipe that works as good or better then the ones that cost $250 or more and it only cost me $20 bucks to make

next mods are

lowering the front of truck

drag shocks

going from 100hp jets to 150hp nitrous jets

taking off 200 pounds of weight from my truck spare tire, tailgate, bedliner,

smaller lighter front tires

and a few more things

Default #7 Pin on ECM

There are 3 or 4 Wire harness going to the ECM Is that where the wire is?
Would it be the lower harness. I know this sounds dumb but this is my first Dodge Truck. Please advise where it at. I could care less about the warrenty.
Just that the lag makes me crazy going to 2nd. Love using NOS on
my old 92 mustang with few mods 150 HP NOS turned 11.71 1/4 mile ET
on M/T slicks. Never a problem using always used both gas & Nos in line filters. Plus a bottle warmer in cold weather. It was street driven with the
street tires daily. I also owned two different Lightning trucks (older 351 version) that ran well. This Hemi SWB is a new trick pony for me. I read
where they pull about 260 HP 300 lb. torque on a dyno (rear wheel) true
duels add about 8 HP 25 lb. torque (cat back type).

You pull the bottom connector to the computer, You slide off the cowel to it, and pull the #7 pin (Yellow w/Dark Green stripe)

This *ONLY* applies to the 2003 Hemi Ram.

This wire goes to the # 11 pin on the Tranny controller. (03 only)

If I understand it correctly, on the 2004 these TWO controllers were combined into a single unit, and this is why you can't modify the 04 like the 03.

Default Thanks for the tranny info.

I guess I've been overly concerned about the tranny deal. Since mine is a
2004 hemi I guess someone will do a chip or something soon. The truck
has great looks and style. I guess I think the 345 HP is overstated.
Any new help on the tranny deal or anything to help HP is greatly
appreciated. Cat back duels next on the list. I plan a baseline Dyno
soon so I know if I'm headed in the right dirrection. Base line I've seen
on the Hemi (rear wheels) about 260 HP 300 Torque.
I'm real impressed with your truck times it gives me hope on mine
I have probable been alittle harsh on the Dodge exsperiance being
new to them and a convert from Ford. I would not trade it for a Ford
I'll just sit back and learn the tricks I know it has the ability to run
after seening your time slips. Thanks for all the help everyone.
