Default More Lean burn questions in Pennsylvania

I may have to get the lean burn system put back on my car for inspection and emmisions.
Should I just go to a junk yard and pull the manifold off another A motor from the early 80s. mount it to my car and hope it passes emmissions?

1981 mirada in Pennsylvania

Ok the car was originally going to classic but seeing as how my job situation is tenous at best I may have to sell the mustang and drive the mirada.

Mirada:
The lean burn sys was more than just the manifold. It included among others things; a special air cleaner with control module, dist. w/o a vacuum advance, etc.
Unless you get all the components the system may not perform up to par.
I'm assuming that most of these components aren't there of course.

Default I actually have the carborator.

I have the carborator. I will see if I can find a working 318 with the Lean burn system and mount that onto the 360. Should work. just has to work for a little bit.

I bet the damn thing runs better with the straight carb then the old lean burn system.

I would still need to find cats for it but that should not be too hard.
