This Place is a Ghost Town

Like a Graveyard, This place is, as this is the old Forum I used to Administrate(back in 1999) I thought I might offer a suggestion to the powers that be...CHANGE THE FORMAT FOR THIS GHOST TOWN...maybe make it like the Old MOPARTS page where everything was on the same feed, that way everyone could instantly look at all the active threads or maybe find a way to integrate this forum with Facebook, Instagram etc etc.

Clicking New Posts brings up all the new or active threads since your last visit when you visit the site. Click Quick Links when you leave and choose Mark Forums read. Rinse, repeat...

Yep...Ive also created the longest running thread here, "Hemis in the NHRA" which had 10k replies, and as such I ask, what do you guys think they can do to resurrect this dead animal? Id like one of these to have some videos, that is to be video centric as opposed to just text and pictures...That is to fill in the words and descriptions with video and some commentary.

What killed this forum was kicking a few people who were racers and showing you what they were doing. I think that made everyone scared to share their stories

Seems like a few people got kicked for various reasons. Others just seemed to drift away the less this forum saw use.

There are a lot of platforms now that sort've obsoleted these types of forums. Which is a shame because I've always enjoyed the interactions of people on these type forums.

That's a good thing. If we had a whole bunch of lurkers sooner or later some subject matter would arise and some of the lurkers may have the answer somebody needs.
