Gripe wont pull past 3500 Rpm

ive got a 1988 shelby daytona z turbo 2 car it will not pull past 3500 rpms while in boost it will if its at free rev but driving it wont I tried the fuel filter and pump so is it ignition related or maybe a sensor does any one Know?I know that most of these cars should get there peak power around 5200 or so please help I'm just slap out of ideas

I figured it out the muffler was cloged up now it runns great

always need some spares

wellI need all the mounts (motor and tranny), need weather striping, iterior peices,and various other parts where is the car located?

:baby0: my timing belt amost jumped yesterday but I drove it into the shop so I caught it just in time there were ten teeth missing off of the belt so Im glad I didnt go far the genious put the ballncing shaft on thee belt wrong so that was one reson the car would shake bad at an Idle but I got it all staighted out now I just relized yesterday seince it has been so long that I was with out one of these cars that these things are a breze to work on thanks to mopar for not just throwng some junk together and selling it as a car.

Question: i have an 87 shelby shelby charger glhs. And there is a bushing in the shifter linkage that is normal to go out on those cars and I need to know the name of it exactly to see if chrysler still sells it. Thanks
