I somehow doubt many of them will be turned in for a shiny new prius. Our government is just swell, buy a new Viper,Vette or even a new Challenger w/ the SRT 6.1 & you'll pay the "gas guzzler" tax. Trade in your "gas Guzzler" & they'll give you back the money.

Be careful on the Vipers for sale site... I had some personal experiences that were not good.

Let the buyer beware...

I think that Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse is one of your best resources for Vipers. I don't know what their status is since the bailout crap and Cerebus have had their hands into Chrysler.
