Would anyone know if it is possible to swap out a roof mount instrument cluster out of a '99 Dakota R/T to a '95 Ram 2500 SLT? My Ram has a cluster in it already but I wondered if the one from the Dakota would work in its place, as the one in my Ram has limited information. Thanks.

If the Dak unit gives more info, it is probably getting more input. Unless the Ram computer delivers the same info, I doubt that it will work.

First, it is the OHC (over head console). It is not an instrument cluster.
Second, it will not work. The connectors are different and the computers are different. The other OHC and your PCM don't talk the same language.
