Default 2.5 Liter 4 Cylinder Question

I installed a re-built 2.5 4 cylinder motor in my 95 Dakota several years ago. The rebuilt motor is originally out of a 91 Dakota. When I installed it I used the 95 valve cover which is a cast aluminum unit. The 91 model used a sheet metal "curtain" over the cam and rocker arms. I couldn't fit it in the 95 valve cover and there was no other "curtain" with the 95. To make a short story long, the engine is using a lot of oil and I think it is being sucked into the PCV system. There are no leaks. My question is if there was a "curtain" used with the 95 engine or was there another way to keep the oil from being drawn into the engine?
