Default F body spindals

If I grab a F body right spindal will all the B body stuf bolt to it, like brakes and rotor or do I have to grab that stuff from the f body as well?

IT will fit without getting all the other stuff, but the thing is, it's taller and the axis inclination is different too. Gould way to bend or break a ball joint. Seen it happen before.
