Default B-Body 6-Way manual Seat tracks: Hard to operate

Anybody had any luck fixing a 6-way manual seat track from a B-Body? I've pulled the seat out and even taken the springs off of the side that help you move the seat forward when it's in the car. The sliders are very hard to move. I've cleaned the tracks best I could and shot them up w/ silicone hoping that would help them. It just seems that they should slide a lot easier than what they are. Anybody had this same problem and fixed it??

Thanks
