I just bought a 3-pack of white face auto-meter gauges for my 70' Dart! It has a rally dash and i'd like to keep the oil pressure in the dash working, is theree anywhere else on the block besides behind the distributor you can get good oil pressure! Also where should i tie in the volt meter gauge! Is the fuse panel!!!-under the assescory block!!!
ANy input HELPS!!!

Simple, Tee off the existing oil port. Get a brass street T and run your stock sender off one side, and the nipple for the mechanical off the other. You might have to run the T with an extension so as to have clearance for the diameter of the stock sender. As for the ammeter, maybe a line tap from the existing ammeter connection, or look in a wiring diagram for the original wire used, even if it was not equipped with a guage (idiot lite).

as for the ammeter-- IF it is an ammeter it must be series wired with the existing ammeter.. If it is a Voltmeter any pickup will be fine except dash lites. The fuse block is as good as any, pick up the terminal that is " hot " only when the key is on. Otherwise the meter will read all the time. Hope this helps beeper.
