You have several choices but its important to know what your car will be used as. Daily driver, performance street, or street/strip. A dualplane manifold, either the M1 or performer, would be good for the daily driver application. If you wanted more performance go with the performer RPM or a single plane manifold. You will have no problems clearance with the performer RPM as it is the same heigth as a six pack manifold. The M1 single plane might give you clearance problems. It depends on your carb and air cleaner. Good luck.

Edelbrock's Performer RPM is a good street/strip choice, has great driveability.A 440 has so much torque you won't notice the ndifference in low end compared to a straight Performer. My '68 GTX 440 and '67 402 Chevelle have Performer RPM's and my '84 473 F-350 shop truck has a Performer.Needless to say I am very satisfied with them. There are other good manifolds out there but I like my Performers.
Other wise as 68 Carger440hp says a single plane is less streetable and will give more top end power if you are looking for a strip machine. |

I would go with a 6 pack but I don't have the cash for that right now. Looks like I'll be getting the Performer RPM. Thanks guys!
