Default Duster instrument cluster

I need to pull the cover off the cover for my instrument panel on my 70 duster and I need a little help. 1st of all, I was able to remove the wiper control knob, but I can't get the headlight control know to come off. (The wiper knob came right off.) Also, I have taken the screws out of the face, will unhooking the wiring from the back of each instrument free the face plate to come out? I don't want to take any liberties and break the plastic. Thanks.
