Confused 97 dodge ram no HEAT :(

my dad has a 97 dodge ram 1500 360 120,000 miles and it has a newer thremostat radiator flushed doesnt over head and the heat isnt workin some times it will be barley warm but basicly doesn't defrost the windows im tryin to figure out what it is? some people said the heater core some said blendoor or maybee the knob that changes the heat? can anyone help? cause the weathers getting bad here.

radiator was flushed

no heat
