That news is all over Facebook. Many people are outraged. I didn't read the articles through but I believe Chrysler furnished some pre-production Vipers to institutions for training. They were not built to safety or emissions requirements and therefore deemed not road worthy.

Apparently, a couple were taken out on the road and accidents and lawsuits followed. There was also a destroy agreement with the institutions from the onset. Still, sad to see.
