Default 727 Transmission Identification

I have two 727 Transmission with the following numbers on the drivers side of the trsnd case...

PK3681057 4203 1100

PK4089070 5914 3035

Can anyone decode these numbers for me

You will need to take those numbers to a dealership. I can tell you the higher the number the newer it is. Neither one of them is too new though. The next 2 sets of numbers don't really mean anything to you only the PK numbers.

On the tail shaft in the back on one side or the other, it will have the date. Like 75 but kinda small, so look close. I have a book that will tell me too If no one posts it i will later.

Ok
3681057 is 72-73 Dodge Charger, Chrysler passenger car with 440-4 bbl and 280 HP.

4089070 is a 1978 Dodge truck the diesal engine 6-243.
