Are these good on the street?
Many people say it's hard on U-Joints. Is this BS? I'm thinking about changing my 3.23 suregrip to a 3.91 Locker. Any thoughts on this? There used to be a hotrod black Galaxy down the street when I was a kid, and I remember stareing at it everytime it came ratcheting around a corner. Not sure on the locker but what about the new ratchet style lockers in Summit or Jegs? Seems like a pretty good deal.

I have a PowerTrax (VX124A) in one of my 8.75" pumpkins with 4.30 gears. I have used it at the track with slicks and on the street. I love it! Mine came with two sets of little springs, one for "street/strip" the other for "strip". I put the "strip" ones in and it is fine on the street, in parking lots, etc. Yes, you can hear a little clicking when turning, but it is not as loud as I expected; I think nothing of it. I highly recommend it for performance use. www.powertrax.com
