Hey Guys,

Need help in decoding the following casting numbers on a mopar automatic.

The above drawing indicates 12 boxes cast in between the above casting numbers.

The only other casting numbers that I can find are on the tailshaft housing and are as follows.

09104
4 This is the way the numbers are cast.
3681191

I have been told that this is a 1978 727, however I need to know for sure.

I can find no stamped numbers anywhere on this unit.

Thanks for your help.

Larry

The first set of numbers above are on the drivers side and the other set on the passenger side.
