Wheels and Drums
Hi guys. I was wondering how Torq Thrust wheels or one of that type look with drum brakes. I have drumes all around and whant nice polished wheels, but i am afraid of those rusty drums showing themselves. Even if i paint them black, it will not look so nice. Does anyone have any wheels (5 star or multi spoke) with drums. CAn i see a pciture. I am so unsure of what to buy, but i know i don't want a fully closed wheel. Thanks.

You can always powdercoat the outside of the drum...or even have them ceramic coated and polished. I've seen several early style rods do this with the torq thrust 2's on them and they look REAL good. Just be sure to get it done by a good company.
I've seen some cheap hitemp coatings that look like crap because the company that did them didn't know what the heck they were doing. HPC, Jethot...those are the guys to trust. Better yet, just go with a complete set of wilwood front and rear disk conversion and then those wheels will REALLY look good. |

I would love to go with disc, but how much are we talking. I am guessing 1 to 1.5K just for the hardware. How much should i anticipate spending for powder coating? Thanks
