1970 plymouth duster.

ok Im no good at this forum stuff but I have a 1970 Plymouth Duster with a 3 speed in the floor IDK what engine it has in it IDK how to make it faster idk crap except how to paint and do body work I was an apprentice mechanic for 6 months so i know a lil.But my question is #1 how do i find out what engine it has in it wether its a 225 or a 198?and #2 what can i do to make it faster I heard something about a super six or something from a car friend but..
