Budget minded performance upgrades??
Ok, I've looked into a few areas on the web for performance minded changes for the 225 /6. I don't want to run race gas, this is for daily driver. What is the better way to go?
1. 194 rods, 2.2 pistons 2. bored .30 milled deck and/or head .10 I am looking for better fuel delivery... maybe a super 6 2bbl or a 3 carb or 4brl carb intake etc. It just depends what I can find and buy. These 2 options are what I see mentioned, but I don't get a complete recipe. I don't have alot of money to throw out the window. I just want to make my valiant a fun sleeper. It's a 4dr. I have avail a choice of big blocks, but I want to use the /6. My wife has informed me that my kids may drive it later and not to make it too fast, hence no big blocks for this car. maybe the demon I plan to get soon...lol Thanks in advance Kevin |
